I’ve been slowly working back up to my 6 minute/km running pace after falling off and doing nothing since October. Getting out in this weather to listen to music while I push myself to run a mapped chode at an average running pace is good for the soul and the health.

Tonight I listened to this Courtesy mix and it was perfect. It started getting into Hardcore as I finished so that will be the start of my next excursion.
