Bad name, boss festival. That was Latitude
Highlights from a weekend that ruled more than any festival i have been to, apart from maybe the first Splore I went to near Miranda..

Ashes scoreboard that was updated everytime i walked past. Not as much arrogance as i was expecting considering it was their first win against Aussie at Lords in 75 years, but i guess that’s just because there’s still 3 to go.
Seeing a pretty sweet farmland part of England (Beccles, Suffolk)
Seeing Jeffrey Lewis play on the Poetry Stage 1230am Saturday night after Grace Jones and Spiritualized. He was as good as last time; rapped ‘Mosquito mass murder’ and performed ‘Back when i was 4′ interlude in to confusing people with his growing age.
Alternative Poncho Removal
Buying 16 year olds shots of Vodka
Watching grown men Hula Hoop
Buying Wellies and not needing them
Being in a tent with rain pouring outside
Seeing Thom Yorke play a solo accoustic set mid Sunday arvo which was all over the place. Looped his voice sung through his accoustic guitar. Non error free made it even better.
Seeing Nick Cave and Warren Ellis battle it out on stage in every feasible way
Discovering St Vincent live is awesome and have since listened to her album which is also pretty solid.

spiritualized, Jeff Lewis, Nick Cave…
dammit, thats awesome!
wow sounds horrid
Nick cave and warren ellis had a fight??
Sounds pretty great! Didn’t look too crowded either from what I could see of the photos..
