This is the Beach boys song that gets me over the need to listen to alot of Beach Boys. It features all the bits i like about them in a couple of mins, crazy bits, harmonious bits and its as catchy as Super-ebolaids!
it also features in Happy Feet, which is the only bit of that movie that is not awful

I’ve been in DJ mix overload this week and its been glorious, in between some work related listening that bored and depressed the pants off me I took shelter in a variety of sounds selected, blended, mashed and mixed by some discerning souls covering disco, house, techno, minimal, experimental, dubstep, grime and just mental.

I’ll admit, I may be becoming somewhat obsessed with listening to everything that comes out of this festival. After the the great Objekt @ Freerotation, Magic Mountain High & Hessle Audio sets – here’s a rather beautiful live set from Jo Johnson.
I guess you’d call it ambient, but listening to this at 3am in a yurt would’ve been rather special. Read more about it here
